CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Services Information

• We require a non-refundable consultation deposit fee which will be added to your purchase.
• Payment for custom orders can be made in two deposits but we require the second deposit be made after the last Muslin fitting.
• You are allowed to request a location of your choice for fittings outside of our Atelier. Extra logistics cost for this will be added to your purchase.
• All custom orders are proportioned using your measurements and desired lengths. Upon delivery there is an open three day window for client to request minor alterations.
• Kindly grant up to three weeks for the completion of your custom order, we require a non negotiable rush fee of $100 if delivery is required outside of the three week delivery window.
• Custom pieces must reflect the aesthetics of Udiahgebi with reference to our past and present collections. We do not under any circumstances copy the designs of other brands.
